You are always welcome to sample our award-winning wines at Hill Prairie Winery. Many of our wines have won awards at Illinois commercial wine competition.

Peach Sangria - Our special blend of white wine and classic citrus flavors with a touch of peach.

Our Other Great Wines

Cranberry Crush - Cranberry Crush has the classic cranberry flavor with a nice balance between sweet and tart.  We feel that this will appeal to those who enjoy cranberries.  This wine is a good match with poultry and many fruit dishes as well as summer salads.  It is a great wine for parties and great times, so relax and enjoy a glass of Cranberry Crush.

River Bluff Red Reserve - Winner of a Gold Medal in the 2010 commercial wine competition.  A 2007 vintage Norton with a nice oak aroma and soft tannins.  A red wine for that special occasion.

Chardonel - A crisp white wine with a clean, light citrus finish.

Tramminette - A very nice, off dry white.  This wine is soft and has a floral aroma with a light and spicy character.

Vignoles - A semi-sweet white produced by our vignoles grapes - hints of ripe pineapple and apricot are evident.

Prairie Dew - A Hill Prairie staple.  A fruity medium sweet wine made in the Germanic style.  A very popular wine.

Prairie Sunshine - Back by popular demand.  Our sweetest white that customers keep asking for.

Niagara - A distinctively American wine made from Niagara grapes.  Tastes and smells like fresh grapes.

Prairie Berry - Blueberry & blackberries blended to make a popular fruit treat.

Prairie Barn Blush - A flavorful blend of Hill Prairie grapes for a better option than white zinfandel.

Raz-Cherry - A blend of red raspberry and tart cherry made crisp and lightly sweet.

Prairie Barn Red - A popular sweet red made from Frontenac grapes.  Pairs well with chocolate.

Chambourcin - A dry red of medium body  with light cherry notes.  Good acidity pairs well with Italian dishes and steaks.

Autumn Spice - A hearty spiced red with cinnamon and cloves that is sure to tingle the senses.

Crimson Moon - A port-style wine made with great care and time.  Deep rich flavors, smooth and powerful.  The alcohol is high and this wine is made for sipping.  A little will go a long way and it is worth the cost.

Country Concord - Just like grandpa made it.  A country original that tastes like fresh grapes.
